The American Legion Post 82 of Elizabeth is awarding a $500 college scholarship to one qualified applicant from either Elizabeth or Frontier High School in this yearâs senior graduating class. The scholarship is continuing, which means the recipient could receive $500 a year for up to four years, if he or she meets the qualifying criteria each semester.
