Rotary club is collecting crutches for Africa
Castle Rock High Noon Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Castle Rock are sponsoring a crutch drive for Crutches4Africa to help those who have contracted polio or other disabling diseases or who have sustained injuries.
Rotarian Dave Talbot founded Crutches4Africa after visiting Africa and seeing first-hand the tremendous need people had. Talbot contracted polio as a child and has a lot of empathy for folks who need mobility devices.
If you have canes, walkers and crutches that are not being used, drop them off through Nov. 9 at:

Rotary International has led the way in eradicating polio. Polio is now found only in a few remote locations in Africa and Asia. Polio Awareness Day was Oct. 24.
