According to the Roshek Report, 49 homes sold in Teller County in October. In Woodland Park, of 13 homes sold, the highest-priced, at 200 Eagles Perch Pl., was $1,299,999, the lowest, at 935 Forest Edge Pl., sold for $173,000. In Divide, of 11 homes, the highest-priced, at 516 Saguache Dr., was $500,000, the lowest, at 784 Blossom Rd., was $92,000. In Florissant, of 5 homes sold, the highest-priced, at 1084 Circle Dr., was $215,000, the lowest, at 120 Reed Dr., was $70,000.

The patients of Chris Mirabella, D.C., of Teller County Chiropractic, donated 392 pounds of food, in addition to $165, to the Community Cupboard the week of Nov. 10-14. Along with the donation, existing patients received a wellness adjustment and new patients. a free initial examination.
